My goal was to appraise a study that looked at the effect of isometric exercises on pain and performance on individuals with Achilles tendinopathy and assess whether it was an effective intervention or not. The article chosen had clear goals and affectively answered each question in its hypothesis. Accurate data analysis was performed and the authors adequately discussed the results with relevant inferences and suggested future studies. Overall, the research study is a good baseline for more ...
